Universal control unit

  • Ethernet, RS232, RS485
  • RTC
  • DCF
  • PWM
  • and many more...

Doppelmayr Italia GmbH - Cabin-Identification

This Transponder system is created especially for rope ways with intermediate stations. Based on the indicator- text can be given orders to some cabins for not opening doors, or to pass directly turning back to the valley terminal.
The transponders are texted or readed through an antenna.

  • Antenna (WxHxD): 400x200x20mm
  • Trasnponder ø30mm

Identification of cabins through  mounted transponder (near clamp)
The corresponding cabin number is indicated by the Leitner Visualization-program.
The communication goes through Ethernet.

  • Antenna (WxHxD): 400x200x20 mm
  • Transponder ø50 mm

MEMC – Facility Alarm System (FAS) (Safety Technology) 2008

Visualizing, protocol and supervising of various alarms (Oxygen, Hydrogen, acid values and alarm signals from switching racks). Using of HIMA safety PLCs and remote I/O, as well as standard Phoenix Contact remote I/O’s. The communication is based on Profibus DP and safeethernet®.

MEMC - H2-Tester (Safety Technology) 2004

Testing devices for mobile hydrogen sensors. Devices functionality will be tested and testing result will be protocoled automatically.

MEMC - H2-Tester (Safety Technology) 2009

The device was developed especially for testing mobile hydrogen detectors.
The mobile detector will be inserted in a closed box. In these it will be injected a certain concentration of hydrogen, which is generated by splitting distillated water in the elements hydrogen and oxygen.
A microphone recognizes the alarm status of the inserted detector and finds out if the alarm was triggered correctly by analyzing the devices audio signal. In this way the test will be concluded as successful or failed. Every successful test will be logged in a database. If the check fails, the user can eventually create a comment by using the software keyboard and quit the test as successful.

MEMC - Silicon cutting (Safety technology) 2004

Safety upgrading of Meyer-Burger silicon cutting machines by installing a safety PLC (PILZ PNOZMulti) and safety switches (PILZ and Schmersal). Additionally cabling and schematic were modified and adapted. Alarms are displayed by an operating panel (EXOR T-Line).

MEMC – “Puller” (Safety technology) 2004

Installation of a Safety PLC (PILZ PNOZMulti) for increasing machines safety.

MEMC - Morchie (Automation) 2002

Programming and visualizing of silicon sewage filtering facility.

Modbus RIO

NGONG PING 360 - PA Tester (Public Announcement) 2009

This device was developed to make it possible testing the Public announcement system, installed in each cabin. The audio signal is transmitted via the traction rope in form of an FM modulated audio signal.

NGONG PING 360 - Rope Grounding 2009

With the rope grounding tester it is possible to measure the goodness of rope isolation.

NGONG PING 360 - Cabin Door Control

The cabin door control system was developed for supervising the door’s lock state before leaving terminal. By using of different safety solutions (including HIMA) it is possible to reach a maximum of passenger’s safety. The systems availability increases by avoiding mechanical faults.

Voicemaster

Kronplatz Seilbahnen AG, S.I.F. Selva Gardena, Obereggen AG
Automatic play back of voice messages on ropeways, for example:

  • "We are closing in 30 minutes"
  • "Because of heavy wind we need to slow down, please be patient"
  • ...
